How Do I Request Maintenance For My Apartment?

Emergency Conditions:
  • No hot water
  • No heat (September to May)
  • No air conditioning (April to September, temperature over 90)
  • Water leaks/flooding (dripping faucets are not considered an emergency)
  • Air conditioning leak
  • Broken toilet (in one bathroom units)
  • Broken or inoperable door lock
  • Refrigerator not cooling
  • Garbage disposal causing kitchen sink clog
  • Anything that may cause harm or injury to a resident
  • Natural gas leaks (call your local utility company)
  • Fire or smoke of any sort

When will my security deposit be returned?

Security deposits will be in the mail within 45 to 60 days of the last day of your lease. Please remember to provide the forwarding address of the person designated on your lease to help facilitate this process.

How do I get a renters insurance policy?

Simply add the policy with the company that holds your vehicle insurance, or call the insurance agent (or agency) of your choice.
